He may not be that good, but I just pick him because I like saying his name.

A low level E/Mo ran by himself to Piken (impressive!). Paid a runner from Piken to Yaks for 500g. Paid a runner from Yaks to Beacons for 2k. Paid a runner from Beacon to Drok's for 3k.

Bought Drok's Set for 7,500 (not including the items required for the set).

Paid a runner from Beacons to Lions Arch for 2k. Paid a runner from LA to Sanctum Cay for 5k. Paid a runner from Sanctum Cay to Amnoon Oasis for 1k. Paid a runner from Amnoon to Augury for 1k. Paid 3k for Desert Run (500 each town/outpost). Paid a runner in Elona for 1k. Paid a runner in Thirsty River for 5k. Paid a runner in Dunes for 3k.

Then the low level E/Mo is ready to ascend after paying 26.5k for run only to find out that his characters cannot beat his mirror. Now he is already level 12 and covered almost all the maps that he missed and he hasnt beat his mirror yet.

Hey, don't look at me. It wasn't me, promise!

Not really. Extremely easy run even without any speed skills.

This is not unusual at all. The Doppel is level 20 regardless of your level, most of the time people are going to have problems beating it at a low level wihtout some of the tricks. A monk can have a particularly difficult time beating it at a low level because they don't have the points to put into smite to do enough dmg in time.

That's why his other stop to pay for should have been a bit of quick power leveling outside of droks.

You don't need to put any points into smite. I didn't--smite was 0. Just take Life Attunement (but don't use it) and Healing Breeze, close to melee, and wand him/her to death. Use Healing Breeze when you need to heal.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't that mean that he's used Healing Signet then after he's used it, activated Frenzy. So he wouldn't be taking the -40al and double damage.

In Thunderhead Keep, Monks were tight so we basically took anything we could get. We took in a M/R level 19, our team was fine with it. When we started the mission, we realized he had a pet and a bow... And fought instead of healed.

dumbest thing i have ever seen.. in the kryta mission i was ever so privlaged to see a m/w run up and start hacking on the baddie group along side the wammos... for his sword he had a flamberg .. and for a shield he had... OH NO wait .. he had no shield.. he had a FLAME ARTIFACT... then to top it all off he used the skill frenzy and tried to heal sig a few seconds later....

i asked if he was joking .. he got pissed and said he dosent play the game nonstop like some people... then quit... i added him to my friends list so i would never forget the single dumbest (yet funny) moment i had ever seen

Even nukers can make good temp tanks. I do it often when I suddenly get mobbed. You trust your monks and then you aoe. A gathered mob, regardless of who they are gathered on, is like christmas to a nuker.

It drives me nuts to see agro switch from one character to the other and then the new target spend all his time running around like a chicken with its head cut off. Take the hits for a short time (of course there are exceptions) and let your team kill the mob. A gathered mob is better than a scattered one.

Latest report is that healing breeze is broken now for that trick. He will use it that's why most try to find an alternate smite build to beat him.
